Requesting Medical Records

On May 31, 2024 your medical records were securely transferred and stored with RSRS, an electronic medical record storage company. To obtain a certified copy of your medical record for yourself and/or a new doctor, please contact RSRS by phone at 1-888-563-3732 or via their website at: www.recordsolutions.ca. There is a fee for this service but it is not prohibitive.
